In the Public Sector in particular, Panel interviews are a crucial part of the recruitment process. But unfortunately, Panels are highly susceptible to unconscious bias.

Our Panel training spans the Panel’s involvement in the recruitment process, helping Panel members move towards a consistent and Diversity aware approach to undertaking their responsibilities.


As with all of our training services, our Selection Panel and Panel Interview training is designed in collaboration with our clients, tailored to each unique organisation and situation. Training includes:
