We operate in a challenging economic climate that is increasingly competitive.  In response, CfBT is undergoing a process of transformational change.  We have created this new role of Chief Operations Officer to help instil a stronger commercial culture across the organisation, from our contracts in the UK, to our activities in the Middle East and North Africa, South East Asia and wider emerging markets.

 

As a key part of our Executive Management Team, you will bring greater commerciality and a strong focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.  In addition to managing client relationships at the highest level, you will ensure our approach to contract performance management is rigorous and consistent across the Trust.
